Inside Sales Repres Business Operations Administrator
Location: Carrollton, TXThe Business Operations Administrator serves as a key operational support resource for NTX Embedded's Carrollton facility. This position is responsible for coordinating site services and administrative functions including facilities management, HR administration, IT coordination, safety and security support, vendor management, and executive administrative support.
The role acts as a central point of coordination for internal support services and operational processes, ensuring the Carrollton site operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with established business procedures. The Business Operations Administrator partners closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers while supporting operational improvement initiatives and special projects directed by SVP Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary coordinator for Carrollton site support services and operational administration.

Coordinate facilities management activities, including maintenance, office services, security, and safety programs.

Support HR administrative processes, including onboarding coordination, employee records administration, training coordination, and employee communications.

Coordinate IT support activities with internal and external service providers.

Maintain and administer the NTX intranet, ensuring content accuracy and organizational effectiveness.

Support business continuity, safety, and security initiatives.

Manage vendor relationships and service providers supporting site operations.

Track operational issues, action items, and service performance metrics.

Support operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Provide executive administrative support to the SVP of Operations.

Assist with cross-functional projects, reporting, and operational communications.
Qualifications
-
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
-
3+ years of administrative, operations, office management, or business support experience.

Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and business productivity tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Experience coordinating vendors and external service providers preferred.
Prefered Skills

Experience supporting facilities, HR administration, or IT coordination functions.

Experience with process improvement initiatives.

Experience maintaining intranet or internal communication platforms.

Familiarity with manufacturing or electronics industry environments.
