Location: Carrollton, TXNTX Embedded is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support pipeline development, manage the quoting process, and enable outside sales success. This role is critical in converting opportunities into revenue through structured prospecting, accurate quote execution, and strong commercial coordination. This role is a potential path to outside sales and account management..

Key Responsibilities
- ·Manage customer fulfillment requests/responses and communicate CRD (Customer Request Date) commitments clearly and proactively
- Own the RFQ and quote management process, ensuring timely, accurate, and competitive proposals
- Support outside sales and account managers with customer communication, follow-ups, and opportunity progression
- Track and manage sales metrics, including RFQ volume, quote turnaround, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Support contract and purchase order review, ensuring alignment with quoted terms and identifying risks or exceptions
- Represent and champion the voice-of-the-customer in cross-functional forums and decision-making meetings
- Drive customer outreach initiatives and programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, or a technical commercial role
- Experience with quoting, customer interaction, and order management in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and sales metrics tracking
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Prefered Skills
- Experience in embedded systems, HMI, or electronic manufacturing services (EMS)
- Exposure to industrial sales cycles

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: In person at Carrollton
