We seek an experienced, dynamic Account Executive with 10+ years of experience in selling embedded systems, industrial technology, building automation, or HVAC control systems looking to take the next step in their career.  Key expectations will be to lead comprehensive account strategy and revenue capture at customers with multiple sites involving varying levels within customer organizations and the NTX team.  This role involves utilizing NTX technology to deliver solutions that land with Fortune 500 company locations worldwide. 
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of proven success managing and growing large, complex customers in industrial and commercial applications.  Executive presence, poise, and excellent presentation skills are a must.  The ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility while engaging at all levels of a customer organization in all manner of settings is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the revenue base for our industrial-embedded solutions including HMI, control systems, PLC-replacement, and embedded motor controls.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and account strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Present and demonstrate our industrial-embedded capabilities to a growing contact base within a named set of account highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the product development teams and champion the voice-of-the-customer

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of successful Technical/Embedded Sales Experience.
  • Have a long-term view and execution plan that protects established revenues while securing new design wins for future revenue sustainability.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry partners to strengthen our position in the marketplace.
  • Technical understanding to be a vocal advocate for the needs of the customer base and an influential voice in product planning.
  • Must be an articulate and effective verbal and written communicator to succeed in working with people who are highly skilled in their industry.

Prefered Skills

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to electrical and electronic products.
